Drywall fireproof damp proof Gypsum board
Production Description

Our company's gypsum board builds its product competitiveness with refined production processes and strictly controls quality throughout the entire process from the source to the finished product. The raw material end carefully selects 95% high-purity natural gypsum (most of the peers use 85%-90%), undergoes three rounds of grinding to remove impurities, and is combined with imported additives - hydrophobic agents are added for moisture-proof types, and halogen-free flame retardants are used for fire-resistant types to ensure that the core performance meets the standards. The processing stage adopts a fully automated production line. The numerical control forming accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, and the temperature control error of the drying kiln is ≤2℃, which avoids cracking and deformation of the plates. Moreover, the numerical control cutting technology ensures no chipping and reduces material loss during installation. In terms of quality control, a "per-piece inspection" mechanism is implemented, covering 12 indicators such as thickness, flatness, and water absorption rate (most of the peers conduct batch spot checks). The damage rate of finished products is only 0.5% (the industry average is 3%). Innovatively developed edge locking technology, with a splicing gap of ≤0.2mm without the need for joint filling. Moreover, through low-temperature molding technology, energy consumption is reduced by 18%, balancing environmental protection and efficiency. This process endows the product with advantages such as E0-level environmental protection, A-level fire resistance, and 40dB sound insulation. Moreover, no additional leveling is required during installation, providing users with A high-quality experience throughout the process.
